IST – SAKARUN - TELAŠĆICA – SALI - KORNATI
1. DAY: ZADAR – MOLAT – IST
Start from Zadar in morning hours and sailing through Zadar channel. Firstly passing by island Ugljan, known for olive groves and beautifully green scenery. Sailing towards Molat Island. Here we will stop to visit place Molat, a little picturesque touristic and fishing town. Afterwards, we sail to Island Ist where you will have the opportunity to overnight.
2. DAY: IST – BOŽAVA – SAKARUN – VELI RAT
In the morning, we continue our sail next to Ist and towards Božava and Sakarun beach. You will visit and pass in tunnel Lagnici, opportunity to see a rare shipwreck. Our Skipper will tell you the stories about this mysterious bay. Continuing to Sakarun beach, known by white send and clear blue Sea. It is surrounded by pine tree wood which is giving you shade in summer warm days. You will have plenty of time for a swim, before we continue to sail towards Veli rat, where your next overnight is.
3. DAY: VELI RAT – TELAŠĆICA – SALI
From Veli rat, you will sail towards Telašćica. On your way, you will pass under cave Brbišćica. Brbišćica bay has its own charms, caused carbonate rocks formed hundred million years ago. Sailing next to the Long Island cliff’s and visiting Telašćica Nature Park. Telašćica bay is one of the biggest natural harbors in which are 6 Islands, 25 coves, 69 km long coastline. The most famous sightseeing of Telašćica Nature Park is salt Lake Mir. The lake is situated in inner part of the island. After swimming in salt lake, you will be visiting Sali, known by fishing tradition from 10th century as well as maintenance of olive fields and agriculture. Overnight.
From Sali you continue to visit and sail around Kornati National Park. You will have the opportunity to enter the island and visit churches and culture heritage. You will sail next to Devil´s cliffs, which are part of the Kornati National Park and represent karst phenomenon. Crusing around Kornati Islands and stopping on the Island Mana, Levranka and Lojena bay. One of your Skippers favorite places. Back to Zadar.
ABOUT THE BOAT:
For this trip, usually we use Bavaria 37 or similar. This boat is 11,56 m long and 3,67 m wide. It has 3 double cabins, shower & WC and small kitchen with all equipment. This boat has Volvo engine and maximum speed is 6 Nm per hour. Boat is equipped with VHF radio, GPS, Radio, CD player, autopilot, depth sounder...
On the boat, CAPTAIN (skipper) is the responsible one and as such is free to make decisions on his own. In case of bad weather, CAPTAIN (skipper) has the right to change the route. In case that route has been changed because of the bad weather, guests do not have the right to money refund.
